Joel Tulloch
With 17 years in software development, I’ve been a Developer, a Principal Developer, and eventually a Director of Engineering. My career has been driven by a desire to improve the teams I’ve led, and learn what it takes to build high quality software. From individual skills to inter and cross team communication to overall processes; I pride myself on improving myself as well as the teams and organizations I’ve been a part of.
Away from work I am an avid road and mountain biker, outside that you can find me repeatedly throwing a ball for my tireless dog.
Dale Fukami
Having learned to code in Atari Basic I have now been writing software professionally for over 25 years. I've worked with a wide variety of languages across a range of industries and have been a technical lead on teams for the past 17 years providing mentorship and training to team members at all levels. My passion is in understanding what makes software teams successful and teaching. My curiosity in these areas has allowed me to lead numerous teams through improvement efforts.
